Over the last weeks members of your organization, including directors and other volunteers, spent countless hours researching, developing and authoring an appeal to the USDA's Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for USA and State South Branch 1-8 Well Project Crawford County, Michigan; T25N, R1W, Section 7, 8 & 9. The image shown above accompanied the appeal materials. This has been a long process and a test of our resolve. However, we believe the appeal is sound and focuses on the most salient issues and gaps left unbridged by the USDA.
